Hey Employee,

|| Tum pichli late promotion ka
paschatap mat karo ||
 Don’t ever think about your late promotion last time.

|| Tum Agli Promotion ki
chinta bhi mat karo ||
 Don’t waste your energy thinking about your next promotion.

|| Bus apni current posting se
hi prassan raho |
 Focus on your current position.

|| Tum Jab nahin the tab bhi ye
office chal raha tha ||

This office was there even before you came.

|| Tum jab nahin hoge, tab bhi ye
chalta rehega |
 This office will be running even when you are not here.

|| Jo Laptop aaj tumhara hai,
Kal kisi or ka tha ||
The Laptop which is yours today, was with someone yesterday.

|| Parso kisi or ka hoga. Tum ise
apna samaj kar magan ho rahe
ho ||
 The same Laptop will with someone tomorrow, by thinking it is yours, you are iving in Maya.

 || Yahi tumhare samast
dukho ka kaaran hai. ||
 This thinking is the cause for all of your problem.

||Appraisal, incentive, promotion
increment ye shabad apne man
se nikal do ||
 Just remove words like Appraisal, incentive, promotion increment from your mind.

 || Phir tum is office ke ho
Aur ye office tumhara hai||

Then you belong to the office, and the office belongs to you.

"If due to ego you think: "I shall not work"; this resolve of yours is in vain. Your own nature will compel you to work. O Employee, you are controlled by your own nature born Karmic-impressions (compulsion). Therefore you shall do even against your will what you do not wish to do out of delustion."

employee Performance Review

DATA-RECOVERY-RAID
March is here and so are those much-awaited appraisals. Better Desig + Better Money = Happier, more productive you. But what if your appraisal isn't worth smiling at, leave alone laughing all the way to the bank? Can you turn things around to your advantage? Find out.
1. Your salary goes up from peanuts to a few more peanuts. You’re likely to:
a. Approach your boss when (s)he's in a good mood and assess your worth, contribution and commitments together.
b. Be glad it didn't stay the same.
c. Sulk, swear to mess up all your projects on purpose and start looking for a new job.
2. While your colleagues get a promotion plus a pay hike; you genuinely feel like you've got a raw deal. You:

a. Have an honest chat with your team mates. And knowing them (some of them, at least), they're likely to take up the matter with the big boss.
b. Decide not to mingle with them during work hours and lunch/smoke breaks.
c. Spread gossip about them and ask to be transferred to another department.
3. The love of your life scores more brownie points at the workplace than you do. You:
a. Have a fun bi%$#ing session about your boss with him/her.
b. Don't talk about your appraisal, till (s)he does.
c. Start having second thoughts. About your job. And him/her.
4. The best part of being your own boss is:
a. Being able to work at your own time and pace.
b. Calling the shots.
c. No more appraisals. Yay!
Mostly As: You really can handle an unfavorable appraisal and even change things to your advantage. Good going.
Mostly Bs: Stop hesitating. Speak your mind at the right time in front of the right person; you'll be surprised at the difference it could make.
Mostly Cs: What are you so petrified of? Why take a bad appraisal — especially one that you haven't done anything to deserve — lying down? And enough with the negativity, pal
