Insurance to Success-1

I am miserable failure – I can’t seem to do anything right:
Problem: Everyone is a failure, if you look at it in certain ways.  Everyone has failed, many times, at different things. I have certainly failed so many times I cannot count them – and I continue to fail, daily. However, looking at your failures as failures only makes you feed bad about yourself. By thinking in this way, we will have a negative self-image and never move on from them.
Solution: See your successes and ignore your failure. Look back on your life, in the last month, or year, or 5 years. And try to remember your success. If you have trouble with this, start documenting them – keep a success journal, either in a notebook or online. Document your success  each day, or each week. When you look back at what you've accomplished, over a year, you will be amazed. It is an incredibly positive feeling.
I’m going to beat so-and-so no matter what – I’m better than him. And there’s no way I’ll help him succeed. – he might beat me.
Problem: Competitiveness assumes that there is a small amount of gold to be had, and I need to get it before he does. It makes us into greedy, back-stabbing, hurtful people. We try to claw our way over people to get to success, because of our competitive feeling. For example, if blogger wants to have more subscriber than another blogger, he may never link to or mention that other blogger. However, who is to say that my subscriber can’t also be yours? People can read and subscribe to more than one blog.
Solution: Learn to see success as something that can be shared, and learn that if we help each other out, we can each have a better chance to be successful. Two people working towards a common goal are better than two people trying to beat each other up to get to that goal. There is abundance rather than scarcity.

insurance to Success

Dammit! Why do these bad things always happen to me?
Problem: Bad things happen to everybody. If we dwell on them, they frustrate us and bring us down.
Solution: See bad things as part of the ebb and flow of life. Suffering is a part of the human condition – but it passes. All pain goes away, eventually. Meanwhile, don’t let it hold you back. Don’t dwell on bad things, but look forward towards something good in your future. And learn to take the bad things in stride, and learn from them. Bad things are actually opportunities to grow and learn and get stronger, in disguise.
You can’t do anything right! Why can’t you be like _____________?
Problem: This can be said to your child or your subordinate or your sibling. The problem? Comparing two people, first of all, is always a fallacy. People are different, with different ways of doing things, different strengths and weakness, different human characteristics. If we are all the same, we would be robots. Second, saying negative things like this to another person never helps the situation. It might make you feel better, and more powerful, but the truth is it hurts your relationship, it will actually make you feel negative, and it will certainly make the other person feel negative and more like to continue negative behaviour. Everyone is loser.

Solution: Take the mistake or bad behavior of others as an opportunity to teach, show them how to do something. Second praise them for their behavior, and encourage their success. Last, the most important, love them for who they are, and calibrate their difference.

Insurance to Win-1

10 Deadly Sins of Negative Thinking:

I will be happy once I have ______ (or once I earn X amount)
Problem: If you think you can’t be happy until you reach a certain point, or until your reach certain income, or have a certain type of house or car or office, you will be never happy. The elusive goal is always just out of reach. Once we reach those goals, we are not satisfied – we want more.
Solution: Learn to be happy with what you have, where, and who you are, right at this moment. Happiness doesn't have to be some state that we want to get to eventually – it can be found right now. Learn to count your blessing, and see the positive in your situation. This might sound simplistic, but it works.

I wish I were as____________ as (a celebrity, sportsperson and businessman).
Problem: We’ll never be as  pretty, as talented, as rich, as sculpted, as cool, as everyone else. There will always be someone better, if you look hard enough. Therefore, if we compare ourselves to others like this, we will always pale, and will always fail and will always feel bad about selves.  This is no way to be happy.
Solution: Stop comparing yourself to others, and look instead at yourself – what are your strengths, your accomplishments, your success, however small? What do you love about yourself? Learn to love who are you are, right jow, not who you want to become. There is good in each of us, love in each of us, and a wonderful human spirit in every one of us.

Seeing other becoming successful make jealous and resentful:
Problem: First, this assumes that only a small member of people can be successful. In truth, many, many people can be successful – in different ways.
Solution: Learn to admire the success of others, and learn from it, and be happy for them, by empathizing with them and understand what it must be like to be them. And then turn away from them, and look at yourself – you can be successful too, in whatever you choose to do. And even more, you already are successful. Look not at those above you in the social ladder, but those below you – there are always millions of people worse off then you, people who could not read this article or afford a computer, in the that light you are a huge success.

There are five more to come in the next blog. I am not saying following this is an insurance to success. But definitely saying not following this step towards failure.

mediation Techniques

--> "Success... from the inside out starts by listening to what that still small voice within you is saying"

Success .... from the inside out is way of life.. So you ask, how does one live success from he inside out? Well it all starts with listening. Listening to what that still small voice within you is saying. That voice is coming to you straight from your heart, and it's very wise. It has all answers, if only you would just listen to it. Most successful people will tell you that they take time out for themselves to every day to listen to their inner voice. According to a new study, internal speech makes use of a system that is mostly employed for processing external speech, which is why we can "hear" our inner voice. Just about everyone I have ever spoken to about hearing an inner voice has said that at some point in their life, they got a message, in one form or another to do something that seemed out of the ordinary. It might have been to take a particular turn off a road, change flights, go into a store without knowing why or call someone they had a strong feeling about.

At other times, they had a strong knowing such as who was calling when the phone rang or that something had happened to a loved one or acquaintance. Or, there can be a “gut feeling” that taking a particular action will be beneficial. All of you with various beliefs will attribute the “messages” to different sources such as God, angels, The Universe, Spirit, etc. For our purposes here, I'm going to refer to it as your Inner voice.

The problem is that we all get caught up in the busyness of our day-to-day like and all the activities and responsibilities go along with it. We are too busy to hear that wise voice of ours. Fortunately the voice doesn't go away. It just patiently waits until the time comes when we want to or are forced to listen.
That time may be when life smacks us on the FACE. Why wait?
The inner voice does not shout, it speaks from a point of silence deep within you. It sometimes speaks through signs and symbols. It’s purpose is to gently guide us through your life lessons. Because it is a subtle voice, we have to be still in order to hear it. A head that is cluttered with extraneous thoughts, worry, fear, resentment, longing, desire, or ongoing grief won’t hear it through the noise. If, somehow, it does filter through, we probably won’t recognize it or follow its direction. Why wait until some crises happens to start listening? Begin to practice listening to your inner voice right now. Every morning from this week, take 5 minutes before your start your day to sit and reflect, mediate, or contemplate - whatever suits you. (Any time, if morning isn't time then do it in the evening before retiring to bed).

If you don’t hear your benevolent inner voice, it is not because it isn't there. It’s part of our basic human equipment. Everyone has one. It is a valuable resource and works best for those who cultivate a relationship with it. In this short article, I can only outline some steps you can take to begin to develop your listening skills. Each of these steps could probably be a chapter in a book. But, hopefully, you’ll be pointed in the right direction.

Find out who is talking in your head.
Create a benevolent supporter in your head.
Take a chance.
Be willing to change. .

The Advantage of Listening to The Voice:

Although it takes some practice to hear our Inner Voice on a regular basis, there are great advantages in doing so. Here are a few:

  1. You will save a lot of time and energy by not pursuing ego-driven ideas and desires.
  2. Because you have to be still in order to hear your Inner Voice, you will greatly reduce your stress levels and improve your health.
  3. Your trust levels will increase, which leads to improved relationships with yourself and others
  4. You will open yourself to having what you need seem to just show up. You can stop pushing your life forward and let it unfold, leaving more time and energy for pure enjoyment.

If you have found your truth within yourself there is nothing more in this whole existence to find. Truth is functioning through you. When you open your eyes, it is truth opening his eyes. When you close your eyes, it is truth who is closing its eyes.  Insurance to your success is constantly listening to your inner voice. Without momentum within you success will elude you.
